He is 21 from New Zealand and he has been racing successfully in Europe for a couple of years, supervised by Mark Webber, who is one of his managers. Mitch was a champion of various junior series, with GP3 series title leading his legacy. After graduating from that category in 2012, he promoted to GP2 series, where he has been racing for 3 years, representing Russian Time team this year. Last weekend in Monza he was absolutely outstanding, beating all of the drivers in sprint race and finishing 3rd in feature race after starting from the back of the grid.
